HERE IT 2009! YEARS HAS PAST, IS THERE ANY HOPE FOR GETTING OUR MONEY
BACK. I FOUND OUT THAT PTI HAD NOT PAID ANY TAX, BUT THE TREASUREY DEPT.
SAID THE MONEY SHOULD GO TO THE CONSUMERS. I DID HAVE SOMEONE FTC CALL ME
(WITHOUT ME CALLING THEM 1ST) HE WANTED TO MAKE SURE MY ADDRESS AND
PHONE NUMBER WAS THE SAME. I HAVE EMAILED DATELINE, THE TODAY SHOW AND
EVEN THE WHITE HOUSE, I MEAN WHAT COULD IT HURT.12,000 POOF GONE IN THE WIND.
I FEEL SOOO STUPID. THATS NOT EVEN THE MONEY IT COSTED ME TO SEND LETTERS
TO FAKE COMP. AROUND THE WORLD. I WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE THIS HAS
HAPPENED TO… EMAIL ME! GOOD LUCK.

ALL DISGRUNTLED INVENTORS WHO HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF NEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT AT THE OED OFFICE AT USPTO– ADDRESS ALL COMPLAINTS TO MR. HARRY MOATZ (OFFICE OF ENROLLMENT AND DISCIPLINE DIRECTOR)– he has the power to punish the attorney’s that handled your patent for PTI — ALL attorneys who put patents through USPTO MUST register with the Office of Enrollment and Discipline (OED OFFICE) — they INVESTIGATE the matter to see if the attorney has done something wrong — and depending on your case with PTI — there may be grounds for discipline against the attorney involved as AN INDIVIDUAL — DO NOT LET THEM BLAME EVERYTHING ON “PTI” — PTI is made up of ATTORNEYS that practice law and register patent applications at USPTO. Good luck. (Faith without works is DEAD).

Why is it taking so long to resolve this matter? I paid for a patent in 2001 ( I was 30 years old at the time) — I am now almost 40 years old — and short twelve thousand dollars and a LEGITIMATE PATENT that was ISSUED to another person through USPTO. I have subsequently lost two REAL opportunities from manufacturer’s /distributors to LICENSE, PRODUCE and DISTRIBUTE my invention — because an attorney working for PTI let my application “lapse” and “someone else” came in and stole it!

If the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT wasn’t so SLOW about bringing justice to this matter – maybe my patent wouldn’t have been STOLEN — the unbelievable BURACRACY has given unscrupulous attorneys TIME to get away with ALOT OF THEFT (and subsequently blame everything on their “phantom company” PTI) ——-WHO CARES if these attorneys are “Suspended” as PTO claims they **SOMETIMES*** do (IF and WHEN they are caught as INDIVIDUALS connected with PTI — not often by the way). — if an attorney steals patents worth MILLIONS what does he care if he is “disbarred” or “suspended” (most likely the latter as I hear PTO is EXTREMELY LENIENT with this bastards) — you people do not do your jobs and that is why CRIME is flourishing at USPTO and they are CONNECTED to PTI and other unscrupulous companies — these companies use PTO as a “HOST” for their parasitic behaviour — and PTO does nothing but “wave ‘em away like flies” — I’m DISGUSTED with how long you people are taking to resolve this matter — if this was one of those ATTORNEY”S suffering a delay in justice it would be OVER TOMORROW — THIS IS MORALLY WRONG and OUTRAGEOUS.

FURTHER MORE — I HERE THAT YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO STATE THAT THERE MAY BE “PARTIAL” RESTITUTION? WHERE THE HELL IS ****ALL****** OF THE MONEY PTI STOLE AND FTC COLLECTS???? AREN’T BURACRATIC POCKETS DEEP ENOUGH ALREADY??? MY GOD — WHERE IS THE INTEREST ALONE ON THOSE MILLIONS — IT’S BEEN YEARS NOW — HELLO??? WHERE IS THE JUSTICE FOLKS????????????

hay, go to ftc.gov click on news and type in pti they keep this up to date and a phone # to call to be included in database for redress good luck they got me for $12,000.00 but i did get my patent riped me for trademark i guess i got a lot moer than most

I am so glad I found this link. I have been trying to get an anwser from FTC for almost 2 years now concerning PTI. I put $895.00 into my invention with them when they were taken to court. How do I make sure that I am in the database as far as getting most of my money back? I am barely keeping my mortgage payment paid and I really need the money back. Thank You
