Wahl. I am the first and only person to have a legal US Patent on the Tesseract... therefore on the fourth and multiple dimensions. The patent went through all phases of attempted sale or licensing to Steve Jobs at Apple. My first and only programmer was according to his submitted resume' a "golden parachute" after 16 years as a programmer and trouble -shooter, both in hardware and in software. He came to work for me, and although I tried time and time again to get him onboard as a patent partner, he insisted that we were not and never would be partners. He wrote the source code for my program during a 2 year period during which he worked under my close supervision as a work for hire assistant. He personally hired an attorney to help us set up the business, who worked steadily to gradually transfer all rights to the patent to himself and Richard, my programmer. My personal history covers the fact that I am a professional artist, and have studied geometry my entire life, both professionally and as an artist. I developed,patented and secured the code to the Vallian system entirely on my own. When I was ready to get the money to pursue the patent, Richard quit,my former patent attorney sent me away, and Ray Dream produced by Doctor Daryl Ray of Stanford, from which he spent two days a week working for Apple. Upon receipt of the granted patent, I took copies to both Richard and to the former patent attorney, and told them to stop selling what they did not own. Since then, through six different companies, and ad hoc business without end, some ten million hits have been recorded on the net raving about the uses of Ray Dream, although officially it does not exist. I have lost ten working years of the patent, while Apple unofficially supports this stolen code, and the cripple abortion that is Ray Dream. Can you help me? To be clear, it means taking on Apple, Steve Jobs, Dr. Ray and presumably Stanford University with stops at SRI and a whole cast of characters who have approached me trying to convince me that Ray Dream is an accomplished fact, and that there is nothing I can or should do about it.
