Gravesite Memorial Marker

You can only be first to own my breakthrough invention; you cannot be "next". Being "first" means you eliminate all competition. You own a monopoly. You get to be the only seller, the only source of supply. Being "next" means being only one of a multitude of buyers, not the exclusive product seller.

I invented burial plot memorial frames, bringing peace-of-mind to the families of the departed and satisfying the cemetery/mortuary need for added revenue and profit. These frames are easy to manufacture, and easy to sell. Equally important, my invention is easy for you to own.

Unintentionally, people walk on occupied cemetery burial sites all the time. With traditional and flush-mount headstones, there is no effective way to mark the burial plot area and say "Our loved one rests here. Please don't walk in this area". These frames serve to eliminate this oversight.

My frames offer an additional way to memorialize departed loved ones by allowing scriptural text and/or graphics to become a permanent part of the frame.

Over 100 frame colors are available. You have an endless variety of scripture and text messages as well as graphics to offer your customers. Your frames are uniquely personal yet easy to create, assemble and install.

My patent-pending flush-mount burial plot frames are a breakthrough in design. They outline the actual casket location within each burial plot boundary. They effectively yet subtly remind cemetery visitors "Don't walk here", yet give ample room to walk around the burial plot without walking on or across the space beneath which loved ones are at rest.

Engineers aided in the frame design. Industry professionals helped overcome challenges.
Funeral home and cemetery owners shared their thoughts and ideas. The end result is
irresistible.

These frames are over-engineered to last for generations:

Made from solid 1/8th inch steel
Constructed in four separate pieces
Easy to ship & quick assembly
Firmly anchors flush with the ground no shifting once installed
Wipes clean with a damp, soft cloth

Frames are unaffected by

High humidity
Scorching heat
Penetrating cold
Hail
Snow
Decades of direct sunlight exposure
Frames withstand standard grounds keeping
Drive a lawn tractor across my frame without scratching the powder-coated finish

The potential market for these frames is staggering.

Over two million people are buried in the United States every year

Every year two million headstones are sold in the United States

People intensely dislike walking across occupied graves

Cemeteries nationwide need additional ways to increase sales and profit

Mortuaries nationwide need products that offer a benefit to the bereaved

Capture 1% of the annual market and earn eight figures in yearly revenue

More benefits?

One person can assemble a frame in about six minutes.
That same person can install an assembled frame in about 20 minutes
No special skills are required
Only common hand tools are needed for assembly and installation

Need more?

I surveyed 239 adults from 17 States. I found:
235 said it bothered them when they walked on an
occupied grave
These same 235 said they didn’t t want anyone walking across the grave of a loved one
All respondents said it seemed "disrespectful" to walk on or over occupied graves
75% of respondents wanted to know where they could see one of my frames (Before the prototype design was complete!)
141 said they liked my idea and would think seriously about buying one(Before the prototype design was complete!)

Want more information on cost of production and profitability?

Cost of construction, per frame, is $125
Off-shore manufacturing is half that amount

Mortuaries/cemeteries tell me they'll retail for $450 - $600 each(without knowing the cost of production)

Graphic and/or text embellishments earn significant, additional profit

Here is what we believe is Minimally Possible Year ONE:

2,100 frames sold (175 frame sales a month)
At retail, at $500 per-frame-sold, gross revenue is $1.05M annually
At $100 per-frame-sold profit, wholesale or retail, you earn $175,000 profit

Year TWO

3,600 frames sold (300 a month)
At retail, at $500 per-frame-sold, gross revenue is $1.8M
At wholesale, at $100 per-frame-sold, gross profit is 360k

Year THREE

6,000 frames sold (500 a month)
At retail, at $500 per-frame-sold, gross revenue is $3M
At wholesale, at $100 per-frame-sold, gross profit is $600k

Do you see the potential of this breakout product? Might you achieve greater sales and
profit? Certainly. Might you achieve fewer sales? I believe any decent regional or national sales force should achieve far greater sales and growth than what is shown here. As it should be, your degree of success with my invention is completely in your hands.

Here is how easy it is for you to own my invention:

Invest a down payment of $125,000
Pay a $10 royalty for every frame you sell
That s it. You can own my in-demand invention in as little as 3 years...more years or fewer, your choice.

Figure #1: An uninscribed marker frame, just prior to installation. Inner and outer rail cleats are viewable only prior to installation. Once fully installed, the entire frame fits flush and within the individual grave plot, allowing enough room to move comfortably around the entire plot without stepping on the frame or inside the framed area.
